Cash, Bonus and Fun Halls:
‘Fun Hall’ where no money is exchanged for tickets and fun prize funds are paid
out. ‘Bonus Halls’ where both cash play and bonus play are allowed. ‘Cash Halls’
where only Cash Money wagers take place – these rooms have larger prizes for bigger
wins! When the rooms are available they will appear ‘Play Now’
FREE Games:
Free Games are run randomly throughout the day with various prizes paid out. There
is no charge for these games and so long as you are logged into the bingo hall at
the time of one of these sessions you will be given tickets. Fun Free Games are
played all day everyday in our Fun Room.
Game Jackpot:
The site sets a guaranteed minimum for every game that is played in the rooms. When
players buy tickets for the game they contribute to the game prize, the more tickets
that are purchased using cash the larger the game prize will get. So don’t be shy
buy them tickets and make a tidy pot.
Progressive Games:
SmartLive has a number of progressive games that are played throughout the day.
Win one of these games within the set amount of calls and you will win the progressive
amount and go into our hall of fame.
Monthly Progressive:
Every month on the last day of the month we will rollout a progressive game. The
game will increase in call by one number every game until it gets to call 50 and
will remain there until it drops.
Bonus Money:
Bonus money is credited to your player account when you make a deposit or win a
chat game. Bonus money that is earned as part of chat will credit your account real
time, however, bonus money from deposits will credit your account once you have
met the wagering requirements, until this time your bonus is visible in ‘Summary’
under Account in the left hand side of the lobby. Bonus money is incentive money
and cannot be withdrawn from the site or be added to game jackpots, BUT can be used
to play the bingo interface product and in turn win real cash which can then be
used to play cash rooms, other games or to make a withdrawal.
Chat Games:
If you’re an Active Player, then why not play along every day with our friendly
team of Host’s in the rooms? You’ll get the chance to natter with your friends,
and play Chat Games to win those all-important SmartLive Bucks (SLBs). Active Players
are those that:
- Have funded their account in the previous seven days,
- Are actively purchasing a minimum of two cards per game (unless game rules specify
differently),
- Are actively playing bingo cards for the game in which they are making a Chat Game
shout/claim.
SLBs will be credited to your account instantly (unless otherwise specified by the
Host) and SLPs (SmartLive Loyalty Points) will be updated to your account by 6pm
the next working day. Players can win up to a daily limit of £15.00-worth of SLBS,
not including SLBs from any exempt Chat Games (see below).
Our Host’s will not hold bonus payouts for any player who is not in Chat. If you
win a chat game and you do not make your shout, or respond to the Host the bonus
will be awarded to another winning player. Should the Host award you bonus funds
when you were not active in the game, please let them know so that we are fair to
all players.
Exempt Games:
We have some games in which awarded SLBs are not counted in your total daily limit
allowed to be won. These are as follows:
- Hat-trick Prizes (Limited to 3 wins per player),
- Lucky Number Prizes, (Total prize is shared between all winning players),
- Tournaments Overall Prize Money (SLBs won during the game are counted).
